Pros

Business staff is mostly friendly. Free food on certain days and free use of the gym. Lots of free perks for the business staff.

Cons

There is no relationship between attorneys and business staff. There is no interest in attorneys and associates to get to know their staff on a personal level. Very cold environment to work in. Expect to work long hours without being appreciated.

Pros

I liked the workplace environment. I was brought up to work hard so my work ethic blended well with their culture there. They had a decent pay structure and good benefits. They had good supporting staff that helped out when asked.

Cons

I ended up working too much overtime so they assumed I'd always be there late all the time. They need to allow/give more vacation time/time off.

The staff is kind and want to do good work. They are motivated by the fact that they are professionals.

Cons

They are cheap. They underpay staff and associates and the bonuses are meager. as a paralegal, I was judged by profitability when it came to my bonus which was then next to nothing. also there was no organization of the paralegals.
