Pros

You get paid every two weeks, so your bills are covered. They pay for parking in the garage or offer a metro rail pass.

Cons

You work A LOT. Unnormal amount of hours. Schedule time with family and friends wisely because you won't see them often.

Don't bother

Pros

Free breakfast and casual dress on Fridays

Cons

Unlike previous work experiences, there is no work culture at GT. The staff is undervalued and underappreciated - and frequently mistreated. There are no growth opportunities and no mentorship, therefore you learn absolutely nothing. For a law firm this size and this old, they should have it together by now but they don't. And after reading other reviews, it seems that this is across the board, no matter which office location. Having worked at other law firms of similar size, it is apparent that this firm is well behind the times, and will remain as such until they embrace change.
