I cant imagine their is a company that can make you feel more comfortable than GT

Great co-workers, laid back attitude, great insurance benefits if your single, 3 weeks vacation 8 sick days 2 personal days and a whole lot of holidays, great oppurtunity for OT Prior to Covid, over all great company to work for.

Cons

The only downside is that i feel they should have more growth oppurtunity for the harder workers. it feels like seniority has a little more value when moving up the ladder. that and the compensation could be better but they do offer alot of OT Pre-Covid
