- you get the chance to go out of town quite often for people who like travelling
Cons
- Intensive Micro management by managers - There are two managers and both are married with each other which creates a lot of problems and they get very hard to work with - Managers not being kiwis try to implement their home country's work culture which is quite toxic - One of the managers is very rude and do politics against juniors by complaining about them to senior leadership behind their back
