Pros

Good work/life balance. The company provides good benefits. Flexability is very good after you are there for over a year or two. They allow 'some' people to work from home on a regular basis.

Cons

Career growth depends on your department Your rank in the hierarchy will determine the level you are respected and oddly enough the amount of information provided to you to do your job. An employee will often have to search for information that should be readily provided.

Pros

Coworkers are great, get to handle a lot as an associate

Cons

overburden the associates with useless tasks, they promote work life balance but somehow hard to achieve, managers are either a hit or miss.

Pros

Given the opportunity to work on a wide variety of industries and travel quite a bit. Very fast-paced environment. The level of partner involvement with the associates and audit staff was impressive.

Cons

Pretty much sink or swim mentality. Very little recognition given for a job well done. A general sense of arrogance permeated throughout the office and was a bit annoying.
