Great mentors and many new friends. Opportunity to work with a wide range of clients in various industries.

Cons

Management stressed employee resumes over client relationships in order to improve finances after the economic downturn caused by the housing market crash.

Pros

Good experience for someone right out of college and starting in public accounting. Opportunity to learn various aspects of accounting such as federal/fas 109, partnerships, individuals, etc

Cons

Constant turnover and no bonus provided in the year I left since company was transitioning with new internal software program and outsourcing. Not very good at retaining good employees
