Pros

Staff is friendly, but poor morale has them turning on each other too.

Cons

Very poor morale Pay not in line with other similar firms (doesn’t even compare to big 4 even though they always compare themselves to them constantly) Many unqualified people leading while blaming staff for what goes wrong Unorganized and understaffed Not much team building

Jobs are much smaller for much smaller clients (learning curve it flat) Extreme focus on the P&L (no one cares about your career objectives or plans, just make me money) Empty promises (dont fall for the "we'll take care of you if you perform" because they dont
