Nice work life balance. The pay is too good. The benefits are cool too. Stocks are provided too which is great!!!

Cons

Some managers are stubborn. Quality of work is tough. The are the only cons I can think of right now.

Cons

Not many cons at google but the office location is not near many residential areas and it may take up to 2 hours to reach your office from home
