The medical benefits are excellent, the company cafeteria is free, and there are all kinds of complimentary fitness classes.

Cons

The work environment has declined sharply. Management is disorganized and clearly under immense pressure, which trickles down into a toxic culture of 'backstabbing' and finger-pointing. The workload continues to grow while promotion paths have effectively stalled. It has become a difficult place to grow professionally.
