Smartest coworkers I've ever had, tackled deep technical problems with projects affecting billions of users operating at a massive scale.

Cons

Very long productionization cycles. Internal reviews ever slower and more risk-averse. Freedom to innovate gradually diminished and the management structure became more hierarchical. It feels like more of a traditional employer at this point.
