      Pros

      Lots of time flexibility, free food and snacks, education budget for job related and non related studies, etc.

      Cons

      You need to be loyal at all cost or it wont work for you. To get promoted you need to do way beyond your core job , take extra projects, participate in culture activities, etc. All of that without having any salary increase, just the hope to get promoted and if you don't do any of that then you’re not performing as expected

      Colleagues are great, very capable and very willing to share their knowledge. The products it offers are excellent and provide incalculable value to its users, which is why they are widely used worldwide. The culture is great and encourages development both personally and professionally. Provides countless career opportunities

      Cons

      Sometimes it's hard to keep the Work/life balance. The constant need to operate at scale often undermines flexibility
