      Very good community and network. Opportunity to get to know a group of super smart people, and get to see google's latest updates.

      Cons

      The rotational experience means you only get to stay in a team for a year, which can feel short for the first rotation

      Pros

      Pros: The compensation, equity, and benefits packages are top-tier in the tech industry. You get to work alongside some of the brightest minds globally and solve massive engineering and infrastructure problems. The campus perks (free food, gyms, micro-kitchens) genuinely make daily life easier.

      Cons

      Cons: Because the company is massive, bureaucracy and red tape are prominent. Bureaucratic processes can slow down project approvals significantly. Promotion processes (Perf) can feel deeply political and hyper-focused on launching new products rather than maintaining successful existing ones.
