Smart colleagues, incredible technology, cool experience. Benefits are great. Customers want to meet with Google.

Cons

Leadership culture in public sector is toxic. Google cloud is different from the rest of Google and is seen as a sales org, with many external hires that don’t last long. Performance management / feedback culture is not good. Internal mobility from Cloud to other parts of Google is challenging.
