      Pros

      Free food, lots of fun activities going on the campus. Really awesome tools internally, and also lots of benefits and fun.

      Cons

      Tight competitions, lots of engineers, too many projects going on. Lots of people and thus hard to get a voice up directly.

      Good environment, good food, you can focus on technologies, and the pay is ok. You will work together with many start persons.

      Cons

      Too many smart people, so it's hard to get promoted, especially in remote offices. It's hard, really hard, and challenging.
