      Great perks but leadership issues and office politics

      Pros

      Great company to work for, good brand name, office perks world class, health insurance. The products really value add to advertisers. The opportunity to network and work with very talented folks across all global office. The people that you work with play an important role in your overall office well being.

      Cons

      For new business sales, the culture is not representative of Google. There are people who are promoted to lead others despite feedback on the lack of leadership. Incidents of reps finding "creative ways" if not borderline unethical to get their revenue recognition, and the worse part is the management is aware of this and in some subtle form, shield these behavior. Politics is of course expected given the size of the organisation, not ideal for those who want to get things done and are vocal about giving feedback. Quite a pity as the Google magic is not the same as the old days.
