Pros

Strong network of support, and endless ways to develop professionally and personally. Very high emphasis on mental health, and maintaining a quality work life balance.

Cons

Difficult to outperform colleagues considering they are all very high quality professionals (and great people). Also, there seems to be some dissatisfaction from TVCs, but I am not aware of the details.
