+ I was hired at 2-3 levels below my experience and was too naive to know that until I got hired. What can you do about it? NOTHING (you can't have your level reassesed EVER)
+ Accomodations for ADHD Googlers and Neurodivergents is poor if not nonexistent
+ Salary was lower than two previous roles
+ Commissions are capped - why? If I make the machine more money why can't I make more, too?
+ Lots of Googlers suggesting things to advertisers so they can get points, revenue credit even if it's not right for the advertiser. basic money grab stuff which felt more use-car sales lot than anything else
