      Coworkers with similar interests Get to understand industry and products Commission at my location is 3 percent on most new golf club sales Get to test out clubs and use simulator when available Breaks can be taken as needed as long as there isn’t work to be done Opportunities to be trained as fitter and complete trainings through equipment manufacturers to receive large discounts on their products

      Lots of standing normally Sometimes customers can be a little difficult to work with or just ask for a bunch of help then don’t buy anything Decent amount of basic menial retail tasks like straightening displays and folding shirts
