Pros

Entering the PGA program, Golf Galaxy covers all course fees and dues. You have all the tools you need to succeed as a golf professional. 40 hour work week and you don't take your work home with you. Clear expectations for your role and performance. Management growth opportunities.

Pros

Great if you are looking for flexible scheduling. Generally better than the other competitors in the area.

Cons

Pay is weak for higher skilled workers. Poor corporate structure. Managers are hamstrung with protocols, yet few rules are enforced for dress code, scheduling consistency. Commission is 3 percent (for what we know) on new club sales, weak.
