Decent discount, decent pay for the position, EXTREMELY flexible with scheduling

It seemed like the management/HR/higher-ups we're more concerned with covering their own butts than running a business. We literally never saw the store manager unless there was a corporate visit and management in general tended to be there for only about half of the time that they should've been. When someone went to HR about the fact that associates were basically running the store by themselves, they were flat out ignored and in more than one case told that they were lying about it and therefore no one would even look into it.
