Pros

You learn a ton about the golf industry and all the apparel and equipment that is a part of it. Make commission off new club sales, and the health insurance isn't too bad. Employee discount is nice.

Cons

Pay absolutely stinks because of ridiculous store budgets and management structure. Minimal vacation days, they let you borrow ahead but it's just an excuse to have you pay them back if you leave before earning the hours back.
