Great place to work part time around the game of golf. Knowledgeable coworkers many of whom have been in the field for a long time. Personal Use Discount through OEMs is great

Cons

Employee discounts are a joke after Dicks buyout Retail in general is difficult with inconsistent schedule

Pros

A good part time job for the avid golf lover. The managers are friendly and the atmoshper is good. Also, the people that come into the store are shopping for a sport that they love and are normally in a good mood and receptive to your offers to joing the advantage club. Beware of the pissed off customer though as they can ruin any good shift. Also, sometimes the management is a little sluggish on hiring cashiers so there is no one to do the register except one person.

Cons

Long hours sometimes and very boring work. When the store is empty there is literally nothing to do.
