Nice to talk golf with customers. Fun to see all the new and latest golf equipment. Great to watch customers get excited about their passion.

Cons

Upper Management have a power complex. They like to drive the Store Managers into the ground. The Company does not care about how good you and the store are doing, they will tear everything down that the store builds up. If you are looking for a career in golf, run far a way from this place. This company will take the passion out of anyone that works there for any length of time.

Great company to work for with a great customer base. As long as you enjoy golf you will enjoy working here, you can talk about the game the whole day. Great way to network with business professionals in the community.

Cons

Like all companies, payroll is subject to last years performance.

Its a pay check. If you really need the money, I'd still lock elsewhere. You will regret signing on here as the business culture is below low.

Cons

They think everyone is stealing from the employee's to the customers. Loss Prevention will be the death of the company. Customers don't come back. Don't get breaks on time or lunch breaks on time. Employees are set up to fail by management. I feel bad for how customers are treated. Glass ceiling for women is pretty low.
