      Used to be a Good company, but has changing philosophies. A lot of good people have been put off by new direction.

      Pros

      Passionate people and good environment. The people like their jobs, but with lack of interest and accountability from field management it's tough to be motivated to do well.

      Cons

      All the responsibility with no power or ability to locally influence the business. With no say in buying of merchandise it's tough to be regionally relevant and because of that many sales are lost.

      Pros

      Get to be around golf and golfers all day

      Cons

      If you have a manager that goes by the [male anatomy thats censored by the site] Sporting Goods book enjoy a miserable experience. Terrible employee benefits, drastically cuts hours in shoulder seasons without notice.

      Pretty laid back job and it's not very hard

      Cons

      Some of the customers are rude. It get's really boring when the season ends and on night shifts
