Very poor communication with and between managers Management is passive agressive at times Depending on your status with management, there may not be any opprotunity for promotion or cross training If you're a girl, many male customers will make you uncomfortable and management isn't very understanding about it

If you love golf its a great place to work. Particularly for part-timers and retirees, commision for non-salaried employees , discounts and PUD

Cons

Working nights and weekends. sales can be tough, you have to deal with some that are there to just waste your time. The store often turns into a free driving range .
