      Good benefits, decent pay, their Canadian mines seem more stable,

      Cons

      They seam to be abandoning their smaller mines along with the people who work at them, which contradicts one of the six pillars (the companies alleged core philosophy) they are selling all their US assets which means people are getting laid off

      Strong corporate values that put people first which is truly amazing for a mining company. The company offers a culture of excellence and those who work at Goldcorp are among the best and brightest in their field.

      Cons

      Goldcorp is a very entrepreneurial company and constantly evolving and changing. This type of environment is not for everyone and requires a good dose of ambiguity tolerance.
