Great salary and benefits. Safety is truly important to upper management. There are lots of perks outside of the regular benefits

You need to be part of the crowd. Expressing opinions is not welcome and is detrimental to your employment. Gold is the most important thing bar none. Supervisors and management are appointed based on friendships and family relations rather than merit, knowledge and skills
