Pros

Free gym membership Flexible hours Good networking opportunities Pay is negotiable-depending on your location

Cons

Limited room for advancement No raises Bonuses & base are cut depending on perfomance Sales associates create all of the value, but this is not reflected in the pay structure. Very political atmosphere- friends promote their friends Lots of unachievable goals & metrics- example 100 calls a day. How can you make that many calls and still sell memberships? Each membership takes about 1hr and a half to sell on average. Daily meetings that take away from selling time & accomplish little- they could send out an email.
