I've Worked For Better Gyms.

Pros

I was able, to an extent, to make my own schedule I worked with a, mostly, nice group of people.

Cons

No room for advancement. Was expected to perform 2 different job functions Manager and Fitness consultant and paid very poorly. Pretty much non-existent benefits even for full time employees.

Great training. A lot of what I do in my company has come from what I learned through Gold's Gym.

Cons

Hours were not right for me. I had to open the club one day and close the next day. So inconsistency was hard.

It is an easy job to do.

Cons

Not very much pay, no state regulations. Infants crawl around the same room the 8 year olds are running around.
