All about MONEY

Business Outlook

Pros

Free membership, if you like being hit on by older men

Cons

Safety issues for children, all about money, dont care about employees-wont back you up if a customer has an issue, management has no clue what's going on, constant drama and backstabbing, front desk have to look a certain way (skinny), trainers are all sexually harassing each other and it makes it awkward and uncomfortable to the rest of the staff, the groups dont get along trainers/kids club/ggx/front desk.

Pros

free membership, work life balance

Cons

Disconnection between upper management and gym operations. Executive management team should learn about the industry and tap into the experience of their employees.

Pros

gym membership, and that's pretty much it.

Cons

Horrible GM, very low pay, too much work for one person and they expect you to do everything with no help.
