Pros

Freedom from micromanagement, reasonable pay for a young guy

Cons

No benefits, terrible hours if you want to succeed (5-11 am and 4-9 pm some days with no pay for downtime or any 1-2 hour slots between sessions), not worth the money with so much downtime

Pros

Management is laid back. The staff is fun. The entire gym atmosphere is fun and enjoyable. GREAT group exercise program and kids club. You learn to talk to and deal with all types of people with different personality types.

Cons

The leadership overall is severely lacking. Too much of staff's personal lives on display. LOWEST pay in the industry in ALL areas (personal trainers, membership sales staff, and class instructors). Extreme lack of accountability among the staff.
