Pros

The participants that come to classes are so appreciative that you lead them to become a healthier version of themselves. Les Mills Classes make up the majority of the schedule.

Cons

Lack of money invested in keeping quality mics and equipment. The hourly wage they pay is the lowest in the entire city. They have a high turnover rate of general staff due to wages. Management rarely listens to feedback.

Pros

The harder you work, the more money you will make.

Cons

Unrealistic goals. The upper management can be quite negative a lot of the time. Also, the company standards and rules are constantly changing.

Pros

The club was always clean. Parents were always aware of their children and behavior. They treated the kids like their own. They also valued your time and allowed you to bring your own kids to work.

Cons

Split shifts weren't fun but rarely happened.
