Pros

Not a good gym, the manager doesnt care about the customers at all, and will screw everyone over just so he makes more bussiness for the gym. Him and his district manager makes shaddy deals and teaches new employees to do the same just to make a buck. Very sad

Cons

Micro managed High standards impossible to meet Horrible management Training is the worse in the bussiness If the owners actually new what was going on they fire everyone there.

Pros

Flexible schedule, social interaction, satisfaction of potentially making an impact in people's lives.

Cons

Drama/Favoritism, early/late hours are common to meet session quotas, very little trainer/team support or development, trainer turnover, very hard to make more than $ 50000 a year, benefits are hard to get and maintain coverage.
