Pros

The Gold's that I worked at offered the best commission split system for personal trainers of any of the gym chains in the area. They have a good system for helping trainers find clients and set their trainers up for success. Trainers have lots of freedom to set their hours and availability.

Cons

Had some coworkers with bad attitudes. Never know how much money you'll make from month to month.
