Pros

fun work enviroment because its a gym. If you enjoy fitness, yea working at a gym will be a Pro.

Cons

The owners of these strand of gyms are abosolutely the scum of the earth. Mike, Kaveh, Matt, Qaden and everyone at the top only care about themselves and dont have the slightest care for anyone other than themselves. DREADFUL work hours. Over worked, underpaid. Work weekends and all day everyday except sundays. Expectations way to high with no real incentive to perform except threat of being fired. ZERO training when you first begin, literally. Just toss you right in and expect you to sell sell sell like its easy as that. There turnover rate is insane for a reason. They are horrid owners and treat there employess terrible.
