      Nothing to add here. On the past 1 year company turned bad to worst.

      Cons

      This company has one of the weakes, inexperienced c-level i have ever seen. From this point downward everything is bad, eveyrone works for whatever makes the jira board look better, those "quick wins". There is no transparency what so ever. You work on something just because is needed: no context, no direction, nothing.
