Pros

- flexitime. I've never had this in a job - hybrid - good flexibility for wfh/office, especially for sales team they recently listened to our feedback and increased annual leave from 20 days to 25 days - they do listen to feedback and do put things in place to make sure that we're heard. surprised to see so many of these negative reviews. it's a start up company after all so expect some changes here and there but not all are negative. depends how you look at things

Although there has been some changes, I think the positive changes outweighs the negative changes.

The flexibility of being able to work remotely on certain days.

Cons

I wouldn't recommend working for this company. The morale among colleagues is extremely low, and the working environment is chaotic and stressful. The workload is unmanageable, and tasks are scattered across multiple platforms, making it impossible to keep track of everything. Technical issues are a constant problem, and it takes months to get them resolved. Bug reports are completely ignored, and the communication within the workplace is extremely poor, leaving everyone feeling disconnected and isolated. To make matters worse, the company has a history of sudden mass layoffs and full market closures, which has created a sense of instability. The remaining employees are expected to pick up the slack, even though they are already overwhelmed with work. And if that's not bad enough, during work trips, employees are required to SHARE A BED with colleagues, which can be uncomfortable and awkward. The sleeping arrangements were NOT communicated to employees prior to the event. Disgusting. Overall, this company is not a great place to work. The stress levels are high, the workload is unmanageable, and the management does not seem to care about the well-being of their employees. Save yourself the trouble and look for a better place to work.
