when I joined it was good, good pay, would be paid for trial lessons, the support chat was fast, but now it's none of these

Flexible - you work from home

Cons

Constant pay cuts they take over half of the pay. Tutors are not paid well even very experienced ones. Worked for the company for over 4 years and had a pay cut so leaving. No growth or benefits for tutors.
