      Don’t go working there

      Pros

      Some people are still nice, home office policy (not in all teams)

      Cons

      - It’s a sinking ship trying to still fake they are doing something successful. - Toxic environment: there is a lack of leadership and toxicity in most of the teams. Many people are in burnout and currently leaving the company - Lack of communication: if you work there be aware that you can be fired from one day to another without notice and specific reasons - The company is not growing nor aiming anymore to “building the n.1 global school” even if they fake it with the media

      Good flexible part-time job for students

      Easy onboarding process. Online so can teach anywhere with internet access. Flexible working hours. Control of what and how you teach.

      Cons

      Lower pay than other online tutoring platforms. Communication is slow when trying to solve problems with online platform.
