The pay is low for tutoring and the software they use is really glitchy which affected my lessons

Recent changes mean that you are unpaid for trial sessions, meaning you could possibly be working unpaid until a student converts Pay has not kept up with the rate they charge (GoStudent take almost 60 percent of all money) and is already shocking Programme managers are largely, not in all cases, useless. They give very brief unhelpful information and don’t seem well equipped. These are the ones who are paid regardless, while tutors work unpaid for both prep and trial sessions
