The owners' approach seems out of sync, resembling children dabbling in business matters with their family's resources. Despite three instances of mass layoffs within three years, totaling over 1,500 job losses, the company continues its hiring spree. It's perplexing that relevant authorities haven't addressed this pattern, as essentially, the company disrupts stable employment by laying off workers and leaving them unemployed.
