Hello, We genuinely appreciate your honest review and take your feedback seriously. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding our remote working policy. We understand the importance of flexibility in today's work environment, which is why we do offer a hybrid working model allowing for 2-3 flexible days per week. Additionally, we provide 5 remote working weeks per year to accommodate personal needs and preferences.
