The most amazing thing is the work environment & the team. You have different topics & multiple projects, so everyone is learning a lot. If you have some crazy & good ideas - you can always share those with the management. Open door policy, fast decisions - great place to work :)

Cons

Don't really see a downside. Some things are a bit chaotic but where are they not? And we are still in our learning/growing phase, so this is fine :)
