Hello, Thank you for your feedback! Your review shows us that we are already doing well in some areas, but still need to work on others. We are happy that you appreciate the ease of acquiring new students and find our support channels helpful. At GoStudent we pay remunerations conforming to the respective market’s standards, which are communicated transparently from the very beginning. Allow us to point out why 15k + tutors love working for GoStudent: - Flexible scheduling for when and how much you work, - no travel time, - a feature-rich webapp that is constantly updated and evolving, - and last but not least: we find your students for you. You can focus on the thing you do best, which is teaching, and don’t have to worry about finding new students that may or may not need you for the long term. Nevertheless, we know that we have to optimize our bonus system continuously. That’s why we have recently introduced programs such as our mentoring, and ambassador programs, where dedicated tutors can increase their hourly rates.
