      -easy to find the students -work from home

      Cons

      Didn't get my money for 2 months! Support doesn't answer (our make up excuses), heads of company don't reply mails. Everyone just don't care about tutors, that's not just me struggling with this!

      Flexible, loyalty bonuses and ideal for student. Can work during evenings which is ideal for university work during the day. Can choose which days to work.

      Cons

      No holiday bonus and self employed. Peak hours may be inconvenient.
