      Pros

      Work atmosphere is great, and without it this job cannot be endured for more than 6 months unless one has a dire necessity for an income.

      Cons

      - Abusive policies towards customers - Lots of pressure to meet your targets and decreasing tools to manage it (increasing prices, more restrictive policies) - Management do not provide any solution and do not listen to the professional who work on the field

      poor employee treatment

      flexible working hours and individual arrangement of work hours

      Cons

      our salaries were cut lately from an already low fee per class. university level classes provide the same income as primary school classes. the new platform is self made and does not work properly; it crashes often and is lacking many features.
