Never bored Commission *was* good Great local leadership

The founders are the main downside. Perhaps it’s lack of experience but they had a great idea but they have not managed to scale it to anything that is sustainable in 6 years. - frequent broken promises for benefits - commission reduced by 70% - top down / lack of transparent communication - low morale across all dept - unethical billing practices are creating unhappy customers, just read the Online Reviews. - total lack of a proper tech stack - systems are constantly down for customers, tutors and internal staff - as in non operational
