Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to read that you enjoyed the flexible working conditions and saw the great opportunities. Nevertheless, it’s very unfortunate to hear that your experience with us has not met your expectations. We would like to apologize that you were confronted with technical difficulties. Thanks to the great work that you and other tutors have been doing, we have grown rapidly within the last year. We are working tirelessly to solve and anticipate challenges related to that and humbly ask for your understanding and patience. We guarantee that providing the best user experience to you, our 14,000 tutors and customers worldwide, is a top priority for us.
At GoStudent we stand for flexible scheduling options and we strive to fulfill our customers’ needs while giving our tutors easy and flexible access to new customers. For that reason it sometimes happens that our team will contact our tutor community at later times of the day to schedule a tutoring session. When these are outside of regular business hours, we will offer our tutors to take them on if mutually agreed upon and beneficial, but it is not mandatory or expected.
We encourage everyone at GoStudent to challenge the status quo and give honest and open feedback. We would have loved to move your obstacles out of the way together during your time with us!
