      Pros

      The company provides resources to continue learning new skills. You have the opportunity to work for an international company with international colleagues. Constant feedback to improve your performance.

      Cons

      Depending on the project that you're assigned to, you could be changing projects a lot as the years go by, with completely different focus. If that's your thing, then great, but if you want to be an expert at one particular thing, may not be the best.

      Pros

      It is a great company to start as a Software Developer. I was in the company for 1 year and 6 months. The company has excellent benefits like Beautiful offices, medical insurance for you and discounts for your family. Additionally, they care about your career path, Globant has some internal academies that you can follow to become an expert in your area or to change your career path.

      Cons

      My advice is to negotiate the best salary you can at the beginning of the hiring process. Once HR has set a salary, it isn't easy to get a significant upgrade.

      - The workload is not overwhelming - Really organized with everything - Good salaries - Time for training and improving your hard skills - Partially remote (within the country) - Good balance work and life

      Cons

      - Not completely remote (You can not go out of the country) - Not enough guidance to course the training lines that they design
