      Career path is not enought clear. Try to get a good salary when getting in because is hard to ask for a raise.

      Very good place to start your carrier because you will work with latest technologies.

      Cons

      It is impossible to grow up. You can do your best effort but anyway you are not going to get better salary or better position. I saw many excelent professionals going out because of this. They every time promise you promotions for next month but never comes
